    Hi, I am having problems with a form and cannot receive the email submissions as a result of completing the forms. The domain and hosting is through BlueHost; the email is through Microsoft Exchange; we have Comcast as our ISP; our email is on Microsoft Exchange. Other emails between the domain and my email work fine. The entries are being captured; the email is just not getting through. Any ideas? I am reluctant to put the url because then this submission might pull up in the search results for my client.

    When I contacted BlueHost, I was told to add the ‘from’ email address to BlueHost. However, I don’t think that is correct. I may be wrong. Just looking for any help / direction to go in. Thanks in advance!

  • Your web host plays a large part in sending emails from your site, unless you are sending emails with SMTP. I think BlueHost is probably correct about adding the “From” email address to BlueHost. Most web hosts strictly control which addresses can be used as the “From” address.

    If you take the steps recommended by BlueHost and you can confirm that emails are sending from your Microsoft Exchange email address using this plugin…
