  • I am also having the same issue.

@hkchakladar – Your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.

Also posting in an existing topic and taking over the original posters question is inappropriate.

In your own post you should describe your problem in detail – see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome for some guidance.

If possible include a link to your CF7 form and all your input in both the Form section and Mail section of the CF7 interface.

@jozefk – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues. There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article which covers many issues.

I would focus initially on any differences you have between Mail & Mail(2).

Thanks. I will go through those and see. As I said everything works fine except that Mail(2) does not send the message to the address in To field.

Mail works – this confirms that CF7 is working on your site & you have setup your form in a way that works on your hosting.

Mail(2) doesn’t work – so you probably have done something in this section that doesn’t work on your hosting.

you saw the screenshots. and as I said, if I check the Headers of the delivered message to Bcc address, I see the correct email address in “To:” part of the Header. but the email is not delivered. That means the tag [e-mail] works fine. CF7 delivers the message to Bcc, it picks up the [e-mail] email, but it seems it does not sends the message to that address.

When you are able to provide ALL the info I requested, I will be able to look at your problem again.

Got it working now. At least it does send the email to some addresses. Maybe other email addresses block the message or else it goes to spam folder. I found one in spam and one delivered. So it works. Thanks!
