    Hello,

    I have a problem with recieving mail when a new order is placed in my store, i have used stmp mail but still nothing, can anyone help me with this?

    You need to supply more information here.

    1.) Who’s your host?
    2.) Is your email provider by your host or 3rd party?

    Supply some info and perhaps screenshots of how you configured everything.

    @serafinnyc i am using office 365, i have configured the email settings in smtp mailer, when i make a test i recieve the test email but when i make an order i dont get the email for the order.

    @abwaita i have followed all the guides and somehow there is still something going wrong ,thats why i asked for support here,

    What do you think is going on?

    So you’re not receiving mail as the Admin and the customer isn’t receiving their receipt email?

    Is this just with test orders or every order? Are you using an email that is considered sane domain or different and are both the domain and the email with the same hosting company?

    Also, I just want make sure that under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails that you enabled New Order email.

    Yes, i am not receiving as admin neither as client when i make an order and this is happening for all the orders,
    i am hosting my domain with shockhosting while for emails as i said i am using office 365.
    Yes i have enabled new order email.

    I tried replacing the email with a gmail address and still i dont get notifications when i get a new order in gmail neither,

    It matters where that Office365 was bought from. It may be hosted with MS, but a DNS record still needs to be added for it.

    Did you purchase it from Rock Hosting too or a different provider? I also asked is the email “same” as the domain. You didn’t respond.

    Sounds like your host has very strict rules on emails then. I would get in touch with their support to get advice as to what to do.

    I also recommend using Mailgun as a relay.
