    Hello,

We’ve been using your plugin for awhile, thank you!

Our theme has an “announcements” custom post type for broadcasting small store updates in the site header. The AddThis plugin isn’t recognizing this in the settings, so it adds the social sharing at the bottom of each announcement. Thus there’s sharing tools in our header interfering with navigation.

Any tips how to troubleshoot this? How should we proceed?

    Thank you.

The site is live, so I had to disable your plugin or else sales couldn’t be processed. I do, however, have an old cloned site we can use to troubleshoot. I just recreated the problem: https://shilotemp.com/shop/dance-performance-hula-hoop-ultra-flex/

And new info. It’s only happening on WooCommerce product pages. I could not reproduce this issue on another page.

“Announcements” should show up in your AddToAny Placement settings if announcements (or whatever it’s called) is registered as a public custom post type.

If the theme registers announcements as non-public, you can still remove sharing on that custom post type. See the plugin’s FAQ “How can I programmatically remove the button(s)?”

Since you’re using a premium closed-source theme, you should contact their support if you need further help with that.
