Not recognizing categories

Hi,

My dev site is here – https://dealergoodies.wpengine.com/.

The search bar is in the header. The theme developer said the search bar uses the default WP search. I have your plugin installed and setup to recognize taxonomies. I have a category (Polishes) with products that are in that category, but they’re not being found when searching “polishes”.
