Seeing the same issue with an order on my shop. SLP payment wasn’t recognized in over a couple hours so I pushed the order through manually and doing some more testing on my side.
I created a test order and when I went to the “Pay for Order” page, it’s showing some errors sometimes (but not every time I load the page):

The payment was made but the order doesn’t update. I also noticed when I scan in the SLP payment address from QR, it’s showing a different address from the one it shows under the QR code. That’s a bit worrying.
If you scan the QR, you can see it’s different from the CashAddr listed below it. See screenshot:
