• After Payment we did our first Migration at that time only 200 products out of 2400 products were migrated. Upon contacting they said they will restart migration and it took a week.

    After 2nd migration only 400 products got migrated and again I have contacted and they said they will do migration again

    after days they started one more Migration and it was running slowly. Literally 100 products/Day which was not acceptable. we can do that manually, why would any one pay for that. Upon asking your tech team told its a problem from our source store (Shopify), and we should resolve by contacting source store.
    we contacted shopify team and said everything is proper its a common configuration for all user.
    We gave 1 week of time to fix this to your tech team, we waited patiently even if it was more than a month at this time.
    after a week they started Migration and guess what, same thing. It was slow. And again same reason (Problem with source store).

    then I asked for a refund and they said they will restart migration one last time, and I said if migration wont get completed in a week ill go with refund.

    Shockingly migration got over with in 3 days.
    How? for 1 month they were telling source store has a problem and they delayed. as soon as I asked for refund migration was done with in 3 days. So source store was just a reason?
    I really didnt care because any way migration was successful.
    But when I saw data after 2 days, All the variable products prices were wrong.
    By default sales price was set to 1000.
    When I contacted support. they are offering for some service for 50$ instead of solving my query.
    later when I rejected, They started blaming shopify store saying shopify data is wrong. Where as data is perfect and being used daily.
    and till today I haven’t heard from tech team.
    We cant edit prices of 1000s of products with 1000s of variations on it.
    That’s why we paid for migration rite?
    This was one of the worst experience ever had.
    Its been more than 1 month and I am still contacting their support for refund. But daily they are giving one or other reasons and it will not get solved
