Not recommended compared to the competition

I chose to use this plug-in by purchasing the PRO version and after a few months everything seemed to work without problems.

Then the disaster: orders that canceled themselves, pre-orders that returned waiting for payment after weeks and then were canceled (all documented by the system logs), a lot of angry customers and €1000 of damage done to my business.
I wrote to support countless times and even though I paid for the pro version, it took them 2 weeks on average to respond and was never able to resolve the problems.

A plug-in that wants to do too much and badly.
