Not Recording Donations/Posting to Donor Wall

The plugin functions correctly with PayPal, but is not recording donations or posting to the donor wall. americasrallyingcry.com
I installed the plug-in on another site and it worked seamlessly.
Is there a way to tell if the PayPal settings are incorrect if you don’t have access to them? Could the issue be at the host level?
