    Hi Rustaurius,

I’m totally stumped now. I feel like I’ve tried every combination of fault diagnosis as I can.

The only other solution I can think of without attempting to hack the original core code would be to have the submit button take the user to the edit-profile page regardless of their login attempt being successful or not, but that’s not a good UX practice.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, isolated it on the homepage and even taken my css styling away from it. There aren’t any errors appearing in the Google Chrome dev console.

Would the next step be to pay you guys to look into this for me? I’m a little disappointed and confused at the same time as to why this isn’t working especially as i purchased the full pro version ??

    Hi Rana,

The next step I think would be to send us an email at [email protected], so that we can make sure that this gets dealt with properly. Just let us know your WP username (Ranasaur) in the email, so that we keep track of the back information in this thread.

Hi Rustaurius, if you could kindly give the support team a gentle nudge, that would be much appreciated sir ??
