Hi there, have the neweste version of the plug in installed but something is not working, when people use the form the for already send the details of the form and that portion of the functionality works properly, however the page stays there, no redirect, just an animated gift like a loading thing but nothing happens, i’m using this for the redirect:

on_sent_ok: "location = 'https://site-domain-here.us/Site2/thank-you';"

– Just replaced the domain with site-domain-here -anyway, the thing is not working, took down the redirect and placed a simple text in the “Sender’s message was sent successfully” text field but nothing happened as well, so n0t really sure what’s going on, any idea guys? Also my <?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?> are in the right place.

Hello there,
Yes, I am also having this exact same problem.
I have made sure that <?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?> are present and in the correct place.
Everything else on the site is working… I just cannot get the redirect to work. On submit, the original page reloads with the message (in green box) below the form.
Can anyone suggest what we are doing wrong here?

If you see the “spinning arrow”, probably your problem have relation to Jquery or an incompatibility between the plugin and your theme. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/contact-form-7-continuous-spinning-arrows

By the other hand, I have a similar issue with the redirect solution.
I need people to go to an specific page, which is mostly unreachable if the user doesn’t pass through the form first.(I’m using sessions for that).

The solution works perfectly in IE and Chrome, but is failing in Firefox, and I really can’t see why. I’m beggining to despair.

To see the problem you have to pass through this URL
https://www.previsionsocial.gob.cl/subprev/?page_id=10129

Then go to https://www.previsionsocial.gob.cl/subprev/?page_id=10134/

The code I’m using in the “Aditional” area in Contact Form 7 is this:
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘https://www.previsionsocial.gob.cl/subprev/?page_id=10134/’;”

I’m used to see IE destroying everything around it, but Firefox? That’s new, and worrying.

Please, Help!
