Not redirecting to page or url

  • Hi,
    Greetings !!

    I have installed your plugin, created a new 404 page and added it to existing pages in settings but still its directing to default theme error page. I tried using custom url option too but still the same result. I am using Avada theme. Can you please guide/help how can I redirect the 404 to that newly created 404 page using your plugin.
