Not redirecting to success after gravityforms submission

    Hi PronamicPay,

    When a user submits a form with € 0,00 the user is not send to the success page. Instead, I get a message that it’s failed/canceled even though the user does not have to pay anything. I would expect it to be successful.

    This issue wasn’t here before. Only after a recent update this became a problem.

    Do I have to change something?

    A Gravity Forms form submission with a total amount of € 0,00 should result in a completed payment and the success page. Have you checked the payment via WordPress admin ? Pay ? Payments to make sure the payment amount is € 0,00? Do you see any errors listed in the payment notes, when viewing a Pronamic payment?

    Just to make sure, the payment is not a first payment for a subscription? First payment for a subscription with an amount of € 0,00 are not automatically completed.
