Not reflecting current formatting in lesson

  • When I view my lesson as if it were a blog post, it looks right, but when I view the lesson within the course, it is not.

    I have certain headings labeled H1 and others labeled H2 and they appear the same in the course, no differentiation. Also some other formatting is not displaying correctly.

    How do I fix this?
