Not refresh main page

Hello. I’ve main page and articles on my site. When user click load more, he get another 10 articles on main page. When he click on some of these new 10 articles and then get back he get only main page refreshed without loaded 10 more articles. It’s very inconveniet. Can this problem be resolved with your plugin?
