Not Refreshing Feeds

    Hi,

    I do not seem to be able to refresh feeds. It looks out at 7% and sometimes 50%odd when manually refreshing. It is also not updating the feeds automatically.

    I have Cron jobs running with WP-Import which are working fine. I do have the WP-Rocket Caching plugin which when disabled and cleared still does not work.

    I am at a loss and desperate to get my google shopping feed updated.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing a stuck feed.

    Did you already check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is anything in there? This is were you can find those logs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    You should be looking at maximum timeout issues of maximum CPC usage issues. When they are showing in your logs your server is running into server configuration limitations. You can try preventing this by lowering our default plugin batch size from 750 to a lower number (for example 400). Please see: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    I also have very similar symptoms. Takes an excessive amount of time to regenerate a feed and is now stuck showing 100% but won’t seem to complete.

    I have no fatal error logs in woocommerce.

    Did you try clearing cache already?
