Hi. Plugin installed and working and partially collecting data from my GA4. Using last versions of WordPress and Woocommerce. Custom events and purchases are being registered, but the add-to-cart and begin-checkout events, and all page-views are not being registered.

I attack screenshot of my setup: https://snipboard.io/CxK2MV.jpg

    Notes:

    – I tried to enable/disable “use global site tag” option. Same bad result

    – I use a manual GA3 tracking code (working ok for GA3). Tried to disable, and same bad result.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks for your time, regards.

    Hey there!

Can you please confirm that you followed all the steps listed in the documentation to make sure things are set up properly?

If you have, please confirm with Google Tag Manager that the correct events are being sent over to Google?

    Hi.

I’ve reviewed the documentation that you say and making more tests.

If I add manually the GA4 code and I keep your module (both with the same GA4 property)… then visited pages are registered. Must I keep both GA4 codes?

However I still ca not get add-to-cart or begin-checkout events are being registered. This is my actually settings: https://snipboard.io/F97IVb.jpg

    And my manually GA4 code includes: gtag(‘js’, new Date()); gtag(‘config’, ‘G-MYKEY’); and ga(‘require’, ‘ec’);

    Where is the problem?

    Thanks for your time, regards.

You don’t need to manually add GA4 code.

Please ensure that there is no manual code added on your site either GA3 or GA4.

    Here’s my setting using GA4:

And here’s my analytics so far, all events are tracked:

    I hope that helps!

    Hi,

I think the problem was with the GA3 code. Disabling both GA3 and Ga4 manually codes, all works ok with your plugin.

    Thanks for the support.

    Regards.

    Hi @tutumu

Thank you for letting us know that disabling both GA3 and GA4 codes manually resolved this issue for you.

I am marking this as resolved, but please let us know if any additional issues arise!

    Thank you!
