    Dear Kelly,

There is an opportunity of creating multiple directories within the Media Upload pop-up of our gallery. You can create directories/folders and upload different images per each folder. This way the gallery will work way faster. Both for the free and Pro version we have zip/bulk upload option, which allows adding multiple images with a single upload. If you want to add more images to a gallery you can use the shift button similar to the WordPress standards. If you have theme related issues we will still be happy to help you out there if you contact us at [email protected]. We are doing our best to provide the best possible service for our customers. We will kindly ask you to change the rate of the plugin, since it was due to the lack of information, which we hope is currently provided to you. Thank you.

I installed yesterday’s update this morning and the free version does seem smoother now and I did create additional directories and that helped a lot. I mistyped when I talked about no bulk uploading. Because there was/is. What I was referring to is mass selection to move, delete, copy, ect… in the photo gallery area itself (when creating galleries). You have to hold the ctrl key down and click each photo (one at a time). That isn’t that big of an issue with additional directories now and I can just “select all” and then “un” delete what I need omitted. So, I stand corrected and apologize. Still, there was a couple of times that when posting the gallery on the page and after I clicked create and then saved the page… no gallery was visible. Usually, after the 2nd or 3rd time it will post. I will be happy to rate your plug in up… now to figure out how…
