Not removing Generator tag

  • Hi, I noticed that the plugin is now not removing the generator tag:

    <meta name=”generator” content=”WordPress 3.9.2″ />

    This is now being shown on my site despite having the “Hide WordPress version for all users but administrators” and “Remove various meta tags generators from the blog’s head tag for non-administrators” checked (and no I was not logged in).

    I am using version 4.0.3.

    How do I get that generator tag removed?
