Not Removing Replied To Comments

    I notice this updated a few days ago. I just replied to some comments for the first time since then, but it’s not removing them from the “missing reply” section. I have the latest WordPress version, latest version of my theme, etc. I don’t know if it’s just me or if others are having this problem?

    unfortunately I noticed today the same problem as discribed by @whykristenburns.
    First it showed me all the comments not replied to but after replying to some of the comments it still shows the same amount of “comment not replied to”.
    The refreshed list shows now all the comments I replied, the comments not replied to plus all the replies.
    I’m using the newest version of wordpress and also updated your plugin today. All caches are emptied but the plugin still does not work anymore.
    Any idea, any help?

    Hello,
    trying to replicate your issue I’ve found a bug: the number near the “Missing Reply” link also count pingback and trackback. The fix will be available for the next version.

    The refreshed list shows now all the comments I replied, the comments not replied to plus all the replies.

    This is the default behavior when it show All comments.
    What do you have when you click on “Missing Reply”?
