I’m trying to replace a 6.9mb pdf with a 7mb pdf, I keep getting a “An error occured – The upload from your browser seem to have failed” message. I’ve tried other PDFs that are smaller and they seem to work. I’ve also tested two other 7mb pdfs and had the same error appear. Is there a file size limit to the plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi fatrickp,

No, there’s no file size limit in the plugin. This is probably related to your website, hosting provider and/or browser. Could you please ask your hosting provider if there is some limitation in place?

    Thank you,

If your hosting provider has told you that there is no limitations, in order to help you troubleshoot this, it would be helpful if you could provide us with some additional information. Could you please send us the following?

    • Your site information. Please?navigate to?Tools?>?Site Health?>?Info,?click on the?“Copy site info to clipboard”?button and paste the information in your reply.
    • Is the issue occurring in all main browsers? That is: Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.
    • Is the issue happening in a different device with a different internet connection?
    • Could you please send us one or more of those 7 MB PDF files?
