not responsive on Galaxy phones

  • I LOVE this plugin!!! But have folks reporting in that the top bar is not displaying properly when viewed on their Galaxy phones.

    It looks fine on my iPad and older iPhone.

    I have two other clients using Icegram who have totally different themes than mine, all responsive, and they are having the same issue with Icegram, but only on Galaxy and Android phones.

    I’m guessing those are a strange ratio size, but it still needs to work on all.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in and using Icegram.
    I think there is some conflict between your theme or plugin installed on your site and Icegram.
    The same message with the same theme and text is working fine on our development environment.
    Can you please check this with similar Icegram message so that we can confirm if it is css issue or plugin/ theme on your site?

    I will check with my designer to see about the spot it is displaying. I have a totally custom theme, but the base had a scroll effect on the header area that we removed, and maybe there is a conflict there.
