Not Responsive on mobiles!!??

  • Hi, I purchase Amazing Hover effects in FEB 2019. Now I need to use my website again, and I notice you didn’t answer me when I asked for this problem:
    “I am having a problem with the SQUARE in mobiles. I choose effect number 13, in pc looks great, but in mobiles, when you clic on it, it takes you directly to the web page (link). What I need is that when you clic on it, the picture turns around and shows the background first, with the header and description, and AFTER THAT the user can go to the other web page (IF the person wants). I don’t know if it is possible…? I read the plugin is responsive, but it is REALLY responsive on mobiles?? Otherwise, I have to return the plugin, because I bought it specially for mobiles.
