Not Rotating/Widget

For the life of me I don’t know why you’re widget isn’y working for me. Dig it:

I’ve got 2 testimonials in place and a rotator. I used the widget plug-in the locate it in a customer sidebar. Also dropped the shortcode into my template and it only displayed the code with no corresponding functionality. I’ve deactivated all of my other plug-ins, but no dice.

Thoughts?
