    I have such a problem the plugin does not save the settings I add a key and after refreshing the page it is not saved
    However, there are no PHP errors
    I tried to install an earlier version it did not help
    The automatic key generation does not work for me either

    Hello, @alexls

    Please, do the following steps:

    1. Check the option “Complete deactivation”-> Save the plugin settings.

    2. Deactivate and delete the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    3. Install the plugin from WordPress Catalog, then activate the plugin.

    4. Proceed to the plugin setttings -> Enter the access key -> Save plugin settings.

    If the issue persists, please open the web-browser console (Press F12) -> proceed to the plugin setttings -> enter the access key -> save plugin settings.

    If there are any JavaScript errors in the web-browser console, please, create a ticket in our Support System and post the errors there:

    i cannot complete step 1 it does not save settings
    after uninstalling and installing on a new one, saving still does not work

    Hello,

    Could you try to delete the plugin and then manually delete all cleantalk tables from the website database + cleantalk records from the wp_options table? Then clear the website cache and install the plugin again. Don’t forget to do a full backup before taking any action.
