Not saving

Did you ever find a fix for this? I stopped using the plugin because it wasn’t working, which is a bummer because it was great!

Thanks for the feedback – I haven’t had a chance to check why this isn’t working.

To help me debug can you tell me what version of WordPress you are using, a list of plugins you have active and your active theme? Does the issue go away if you disable other plugins?

I tried disabling all the other plugins and still no luck.

I’m using a theme for the Genesis framework and the latest version of WordPress. It’s been an issue for quite awhile, unfortunately because it’s a great plugin for clients!

I tested using the default theme on a fresh install of WordPress 4.3.1 and see no issues. Can you test with twentyfifteen enabled? Or tell me if you see any errors in your web debugger console or web server error logs – let me know if you need help for how to look for these.

@filipe Marques – sorry I missed your original request, do you still have this issue? Can you tell me what theme you use and what plugins you have active?

Sorry for the delay – I don’t want to enable a different theme because it’s a live site with traffic.

Let me know how to check for any errors in the web debugger console or web server error log, not sure how to do so!

Can you load the interface page with the console open and take a screenshot if any errors are present?

I can also try to test here if I can get a test copy of the theme you are using.

We experience on several sites the same behaviour

I checked the console on errors and it came up with the following:

tools.php?page=useradminsimplifier%2Fuseradminsimplifier.php:38
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: “https://xyz/basic/wp-admin/tools.php?page=useradminsimplifier%2Fuseradminsimplifier.php”.

Already starting the tool gives this error in the console. as choosing an user and saving too.

The latest wordpress is used. only some basic plugins activated like contact form 7 and yoast seo.

Where you ever able to get this working? Can you tell me what theme and plugins you have active? If possible, can you test the plugin using no other active plugins and the default theme active and see if it works for you then?
