Not saving Button Text and Links

I am using the plugin on smallbusinessenabler.com, click the Design Demo’s link in the navbar, on each of the sites, I am trying to configure the button to point to:
https://smallbusinessenabler.com/get-started/
With the text: “Get Started”

Ive added it 3 times now and the only one of the 50 or so sites the bar is on that saves the button info is: smallbusinessenalber.com/adorable

Any ideas what I should do to get this working?
