Not saving download logs

    This plugin looks great, but does not seem to be saving the download logs in Wp version 4.6 (or later?)

    Will this be fixed in the near future please?

    We do not have any compatibility issue with WP 4.6. Can you please let us know which version of our plugin you are currently using?

    Same issue here.

    I’m using 1.9.6 with WP 4.7.3 — I receive notification emails but logs are not saved. If I take a look at the download post itself, the number of downloads is being counted correctly. But logs are empty as is the csv file.

    I’m using it in conjunction with contact form 7.

    I also would like to report that there are no download logs. It does count the number of downloads in the file, but when I look at the “Logs” page, there’s nothing there.

    I’m using WP 4.7.4 and plugin version 1.9.6
