Not saving order

  • Hi, I’ve been using this to reorder all products on my site. I spend some time moving them and press save but the numbers don’t seem to change. I go to the site to check and then the order either hasn’t saved or moves random items to the top. It seems that when I click save, the order numbers don’t change. Can you help please? I’ve checked the default product ordering in woocommerce admin and it’s correct as per your instructions.

    Does anyone have a fix? I have followed all the support forum suggestions (i.e., default sorting, etc.) Still just random order. In fact. .seems to be sorting by cheapest to most expensive.

    Hi can anyone help with this.
    I’m trying lots of things but I still can’t get my products to order. One thing I can see on the FAQs by the creator is that you can view sub categories but if I select say my category ‘Brands’ I can’t then see the sub categories, ie the individual brands. This would really help to sort all our products. We’ve moved products in the show all products and it seems to work initially and then random items move! I’ve also tried to rearrange by tagging products but I can’t move the tags into an order I’d like them to be in. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my website now looks worse than it did when we were using the numbering system (including using negative numbers). Thank you!

    oooh I’ve just scrolled down the whole list of products (1500) and the sub categories are showing at the bottom! I’ll see if I can rearrange within that and keep you posted!
