Not saving settings

Hi,
Anyone here knows of a fix for this plugin whereby it saves the settings made like it used to? now saving the settings from the WP admin only takes me to “Page Not Found” at the front-end under WP 3.6.1, with nothing saved. however, the existing settings are still intact.
