• We are activating WR on our menu items and adding submenu options using the WR MegaMenu plugin. After getting through and saving a few of the menu items, some of them simply disappear and the settings we established are gone. In some cases the menu items don’t even have WR active anymore or the elements will just be gone.

We’ve disabled plugins, changed the theme…the issue still persists. What should we do next?

We need to get this issue resolved.

  • I’m having the same problems with submenu options changing back to your defaults for no reason.

    Same problem

I am also having issues with my settings going back to the defaults.

Along with that issue (and maybe related), the menu turns itself off after editing the settings for 1 of the menu items.

For example, I have a simple navigation menu with 4 menu items. When I edit the settings on one of the menu items, WR turns off the options for the other 3. There is a message telling me that I need to turn on the menu for each of the menu items when I try to access each menu’s settings.

When I turn the menu back on for each of the other 3 menu items, they lost all of the settings and only contain the defaults. After that, the only one that retains the settings is the last menu I edited.

WP Version 4.3.1 – Is this plugin not supported for this version of WP?

I’ve reconstructed a menu for the third time. As I work on one section of the mega menu and select “Update,” then move to an already configured area only to find “MegaMenu is OFF now, turn it ON to start configuring.” All work has been removed. Please help.
