Not saving settings due to request set currency rate

Please try to reinstall WooCommerce Currency Switcher by WooBeWoo and activate it again
Press F5 and try to change the aggregator to other one and press “Save”.
If you using Free converter aggregator, put the free API key of the converter in this field. Read instructions on how to get a free API key for the converter.

After re-installation the settings were OK and it works fine.
I also found that main currency must be always 1 and the other in the exchange rate (like 0.04 for EUR). That was not mentioned in the help, would be good to mention it. But that was not cause of the initial problems.

One more praise. I use plugin WooCommerce Extra Product Options Pro from ThemeHigh. I have tested several currency switchers and none was able to work properly with this plugin. Only switcher by WooBeWoo.

i am having the same initial problem as lasercat, but when i deactivated and re-installed it didn’t solve the problem. I also tried to change the aggregator, using the API key, but that info will not save either for the same reason (error message: ‘Please set current rate format before saving. Example: 1.584’).

when am checking out with CCAvenue payment gateway it works fine

But checking out with paypal gets me error like ” Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. ”

I’ve tried using WOOCS currency switcher plugin, unfortunately is non compatible with ” Extra Product Options from ThemeHigh ”

But I can check out with both paypal and CCaveneue payment gateway both works fine.

Does this situation ring any bell ? I want this to be sorted out early.

As I can see, you have already contacted our internal support team.
Most likely the problem is not fully compatible with “Extra Product Options”, we will check this and fix the problem.
But we need to look at the problem from the inside.
