• Hey guys,

I have this website with products from WooCommerce on the frontpage built in Flatsome theme. But the frontpage is showing scaled images. You can see the natural image is 280px, but is scaled down to 240px. How do i make sure there are 240px images to show instead of the scaled down 280px images? In flatsome i can choose the image size, and the size that is fitting the most (the 280px one) is called thumbnail. Could i maybe create my own custom size and serve that image to the users instead?

    Yours sincerely

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @ajytzler,
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
