Although the checkbox for user status: not logged in is selected it still doesn’t seem to show any subscription options. It shows for me logged in through, i’ve tried different browsers and cleared cache in wordpress and in the browsers and still isn’t showing.

    Hi There,
I am having the same issue as OP
What info do you need in order for you to take a look?

    Hi Everyone,
I solved my problem and it might solve yours.

I am using W3 Total Cache on my site and simply clearing all cache in there was fine. Not sure what happened with OP but if its not showing up for you logged out try just clearing all cache.

    Hope this helps someone.

    Hi,

I’m having trouble getting this plugin to work. I’m sure it’s something I’m doing – but when I’m trying to update my settings a red cross appears.

Only problem is I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks, Adam
