Not seeing Logo or Menu

I love this plugin! But since the upgrade, I am having difficulty. I installed the plugin as usual, but when I go to check it on my phone, the first thing I see is a tiny version of the website, then it switches to the mobile view. There is no header, there is no logo, there is no menu.

Is it possible this is a plugin conflict, or should I try uninstalling and reinstalling. This has always been so simple in the past.
