Not seeing popup

    Hi, i’m not seeing the pop i’ve created on any pages. i see the popup when i hit “Preview PopUp” within the edit popup page, just not on the live site. as far as i can tell there is no shortcode to be added to get the popup to work, correct? seems like it should work once i activate the popup. or am i wrong about that? the popup status IS active and NO displaying conditions are checked. any help would be greatly appreciated!

    ok, so i changed the theme to a basic workers theme and the popup worked, so it’s the theme. any way to troubleshoot this? thanks!

    If this is theme related I’d strongly advise on contacting theme authors since they should be the ones most familiar with the theme.
