• I am in the development phase of a website that is not ready to sell tickets and process payments yet.

    I do wish to demonstrate the ticket sale process, particularly how the site owner can scan a QR Ticket.

    What is the best settings for demonstrating this while accomplishing the two following things:

    1.) Have the ticket immediately show as completed so that during a demo the correct emails are sent.

    2.) Have the e-mailed ticket include the QR code for scanning.

    CURRENTLY:
    I have to go into the backend and change the ‘pending’ status of a ticket to ‘completed’. And when the Receipt that contains links to the tickets is received – the ticket contains a ‘ticket ID’ but there is no QR code.

    I simply want to create a start-to-finish demo of the process. How should I go about this? Thank you.

    Tickets will be immediately completed if the price is set to free, although it’ll also skip the phase where you enter payment information.

    Which payment gateway are you using?

    The emailed ticket is just a link; are you trying to get something more than that attached to the email?
