Not seeing "thank you" page of widget

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to use the Simple Razoo widget and all seems to work as advertised until you make the donation and then instead of the “thank you” screen the widget area is simply gone. I have a simple test page here: https://www.sauvieislandcenter.org/test-2/ and have tried switching to the twenty fifteen theme and other steps to isolate the issue. I’m going to mount a backup of the site elsewhere so I can turn off all the plugins and test that as well, but the fact that I can get three screens out of four is very odd. On Firefox the browser window simply tries to load up the last screen with a message at the bottom of the window about trying to “read” something from razoo.com. On Chrome there is no response or indication that anything is happening. Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated–thanks!

    Thanks for reaching out Matthew. This isn’t an issue we’ve seen before and it’s difficult to test since it requires us to make a donation. It might be best for you to try loading the widget on a basic HTML page (not WordPress) using Razoo’s donation widget builder at https://www.razoo.com/p/donationWidget. If you don’t run into the issue then we’ve isolated your website or the plugin as the problem.

    Thanks for the quick response. I added the code from Razoo’s widget builder and placed it on a new site in an html page – same results. https://test.sauvieislandcenter.org.

    Donation goes through but I just get a blank screen for the “thank you” page. Very frustrating.

    Thanks for testing it out Matthew. In that case you’ll need to reach out to Razoo directly since it sounds like an issue with their widget, instead of a problem with the plugin or your website.
