    Do you have a web performance or cache plugin installed too? If so, you might try clearing your WordPress cache, deactivating any performance/caching plugins and then activating IgniteFeedback.

    We’ve run into a couple issues where one of the JavaScript performance plug-ins incorrectly compressed the JavaScript code and caused an issue.
