Not seeming to work right

I am looking for a solution here and found this plugin, but even though it’s reading the excel file, it’s not replacing already made SEO with new data in the xl file. Going to keep messing with it, but it’s not seeming to work, I’m using 8.0 Php. going to try backing into the older version to see if it works.
