    We tried to get help to our network team and this is their reply:
    I’m looking at this request and have found that you (or someone) has set up a Sendgrid service to send Emails as a “coles.com.au” from address. In order to allow these in, you (or whoever set up this service) will need to contact Sendgrid support and get them to provide the “DNS SPF record” which will identify their STMP sending servers. Once you have the SPF record, I can add it to the permitted list and these /emails will come through.

  • That is normal and mentioned in the documentation and something that needs to be done at your end.

    If you are using a separate email service (in your case SendGrid), then you need to add an SPF entry to your DNS to authorise SendGrid to send them on behalf of your domain.

    When a website some-domain.com sends an email, “[email protected]” various antispam tools run checks. One of which is to check the IP address of the sending mail server matches the domain, or that the IP address of the sending mail server is authorised to send emails on behalf of that domain.

    SPF records are part of your DNS records. If you log into SendGrid, they should give you the settings that you need to enter in your SPF record in your DNS records.

    @shinerweb top response!

    As we’ve not heard from @nbelir I will go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
