Not sending and two days no service

    I have used MailPoet for a long time, and it has worked perfectly for a long time, until I “validated my key”, at which time it stopped working. The ‘Note’ said the process of review would take about two hours. That was two DAYS ago and zero mail is going out. Plus, no mailpoet interest. I send via my own server and do not use MailPoets sending service. I have a very small subscriber base and excellent open and click rates with zero “spam”, so MailPoet, I would like for you to “unpause” my application so I can send my mail to my subscribers.

    According to your description, it seems you’ve subscribed to a sending plan and the plan is still pending approval.

    When searching for your domain https://www.jerrywdavis.com, I can see the plan has been approved now.

    Can you let us know if the problem has been solved?
