Not sending confirmation e-mail.

  • The plugin is not sending out an email once a new ticket is created in the WordPress front-end using the form generated by the shortcode.

    Using the plugin version: 1.4.0
    Using WordPress version: 4.8 although it already did not work in WordPress 4.7.5
