Not sending dimensions to shipworks

  • Hello, we recently purchased this plugin for a new website but we’ve found that product dimensions aren’t being sent to shipworks. The shipping method also doesn’t seem to be automatically mapped. Any idea what might be causing this?

    Hello,

    You are right the product dimensions are not sent, this is something we can definitely add in the next update. The shipping method is correctly sent, I can see them on my side.

    For the update, I should be able to release it this week or next week the latest.
