Not sending email

Hello,
I just recently installed this plug in and it is not sending emails to the customer once the item has been ordered or refunded. When they pay via paypal either by credit card or paypal it does send a receipt to the customer. The only time a receipt is not sent is when they pay through stripe. I logged onto my stripe dashboard and noticed that under receipts it states:
No receipts sent — No email address for this payment
When I know for a fact an email would have been inputted due to it showing up in woocommerece and also that it was a real transaction that I did myself to test.Thank you for your assistance
