Not sending Email for new orders

    Hi!
    Installed the PlugIn but when an order is made, the customer gets no Email. If he does not get an invoice. We only use bank transfer, no pre-payed like paypal or stripe… It should be as easy like: Customer make order, the admin will get an email (which is also not happening), customer will will get an email with his invoice.
    Can someone please help me to get this simple task working?
