    Hi Team! Thanks for you amazing plugin! i love it.

    Via wp-dashboard works all OK but I have a sing-up via facebook login on my site but the welcome email for New User Registration – For User isn’t working any more.

    Do you have any idea how can debug your plugin while new user is sing via facebook?

    Thanks for your message.

    Is the user using their Facebook account to sign in or do they have a separate WordPress User account that their Facebook account is tied to on your site?

    Hi Jack!

    I don’t know exactly, i think both because any user can use their Facebook account to sign in on the site. So via facebook wordpress get their name and email to create a wordpress user. Then they can sig in any time directly with their facebook account that is tied with their wordpress/user (suscriber) account.
    3 months ago your plugin was OK, it sends the welcome email. Can a Pay via paypal to make a testing on my site? of course i have smtp autenticated and mail from is OK.

    Are you able to double check a user to see if they definitely do have a WordPress user account?

    Are you able to create a new user account within WordPress to see if BNFW works as expected? If it does, then you may want to investigate the Facebook login plugin that you’re using.

    I have the same problem. I register manually but the New User Registration – For User doesnt work.
    The other New User Post registration does work.
    But then the welcome mail from wordpress itself is coming shortly after that.

    Very confusing for the users to receive 2 emails that we cant embed into 1 after registration. currently on wordpress 4.8.1

    Jack, Thanks for all! My last question: do you have a list of some php values that must be enable on my php.ini or some php extension that need the plugin to works OK.
    I didn’t remember that i passed from php 5.6 to php 7.0 and I didn’t check this very important points.

    Hi @daedubu,
    Not a problem.

    There’s nothing in particular and whilst I can’t confirm 100% compatibility with PHP 7.0, I’d be surprised if something didn’t work correctly.

    That being said, I have it on my roadmap to do a full PHP 7.0 review soon so that I can ensure that it works as expected.
