• Plugin worked fine until about 27th February then have not been receiving any email notification

    Updated wordpress and plugins but still nothing

    Anyone know if something is going on or has changed?

    Please check following conditions:

    1. Use latest version of WP Support Plus(8.0.4) and Email Piping(1.0.8).
    2. Please check your email notification settings at Support Plus > Email Templates are correct or not.
    3. Please check other emails other than Support Plus are going correctly or not(for example pass change,..) because we use default functionality of wordpress to send emails. If not going please contact to your host provider.
    4. Also check your mails are not going to spam folder.

    Hi, thanks for the reply

    1) Have ensured updates made. Have purchased Add-on Email Piping 1.0.8 – i didnt have this installed before and it was working fine. Is this a compulsory add-on now?

    2) have checked email templates are correct in both Templates and Email Notifications
    3) Have checked emails are working from other email addresses
    4) checked spam folder

    Any other suggestions please?

    Hi @petersavage,

    Email-piping is not compulsory for outgoing emails.
    Which ticket emails notifications are not coming?(new ticket,reply ticket etc)?
    As you already our customer, you can create ticket on our site and share your site link for debugging.
