    Hi there!

    YOP Poll is working wonderfully, expect for one thing:
    I don’t receive an email after a vote.

    I’ve got everything setup correctly, the “from” email is an existing one with the same domain as the website where the poll is on. The recipient emails (multiple, seperated by comma) do exist. Using only one recipient email also does not work.

    The server is configurated to send emails (PHP mail() function works perfectly well), and sending a test email via the Plugin “Check & Log Email” also works.

    I also don’t receive any kind of error message at all. Everything seems to work. Voting on the poll itself also works.

    Is there anything i’ve missed? Any way of debugging the email process?

    Can you let us know where you’ve added the email details?

    Are they under Settings -> Notifications or on poll level?

    Yes, i am still having problems.

    I’ve added the details under “Settings -> Notifications” on “New Vote”.
    I’ve also added two recipients “[email protected], [email protected]”.

    Subject remained the same (although translated):
    Neue Abstimmung für %POLL-NAME% am %VOTE-DATE%

    Same for the body:
    Neue Abstimmung für %POLL-NAME% am %VOTE-DATE%

    [QUESTION]
    Frage – %QUESTION-TEXT%
    Antwort – %ANSWER-VALUE%
    [/QUESTION]

    [CUSTOM_FIELDS]
    %CUSTOM_FIELD_NAME% – %CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE%
    [/CUSTOM_FIELDS]

    Hello

    From what you’re saying, you only defined the email for new votes.

    But this setting needs to be enabled per poll.

    Edit your poll and on Options -> Poll tab set “Send Email notifications” to “Yes”.
    Once enabled, it will pick up the email details you’ve setup under Settings -> Notifications.
