Not sending Email to admin of the store

@sidrz7 please explain the steps you are following so I can repeat the steps to reproduce this issue.

I replied you with email, but haven’t received any response. Any way, I did the same as I followed the tutorial and documents. I’m attaching the screenshot please check and you can ask if there is something not clear.
Please see email for attached file, it doesn’t allow to add media.
I added the location priority, email and address etc.
Everything is there but don’t receive email

@sidrz7 I have checked the script, actually it is expecting that location has been selected for that particular item so it can get the email address against that location. I couldn’t run a successful test for it but soon will do that and fix it. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Thank you, please be in touch. Yesterday I was troubleshooting this issue but somehow the checkout page was not working as excepted in that scenario which distracted me. I will try it again.

Did you notice that I have installed a plugin emails log, try using that and record a video or your settings/options and check if you are getting the related location email in the emails log? In case not, then use the urgent help option under the help tab.

In logs it says email sent but I haven’t receive any, and the date and time are also different.
